Overview: Our Self-Paced delivery is designed for those that need a flexible learning structure. This delivery method is an entirely online approach.
Features: The self-paced delivery method is completed in your own time, at your own pace and is ideally suited to highly motivated self-starters.
We provide our learners ongoing support throughout the learning-pathway via telephone, email, and our online discussion forums. HBA has a dedicated Learner Support Supervisor, who is available to assist learners throughout their learning experience.
All course resources are downloaded electronically thus you may commence almost immediately once enrolled.
Overview: Our blended (intensive) delivery for the BSB41419 Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety includes 5 days face-to-face, in a classroom with an experienced HBA trainer.
Please note that the 4 day courses have extended hours (0800 to 1700hrs). The contact hours remain the same as our 5 day course.
The blended (intensive) delivery model substantially accelerates your learning; you will enjoy and benefit from the group dynamics created by having other learners in a class. Our trainer will lead the group down a very carefully planned pathway of learning where clustered delivery and formal assessment are part of the normal day.
The benefits of this learning experience include the sharing of industry specific WHS/OHS knowledge that comes from being part of a group, plus the expertise and personal help provided by the dedicated HBA trainer. The blended (intensive) delivery is our most popular mode of delivery.

HBA offers split delivery. This means that you are able to attend the first 3 days of one week and the last two days later down the track! For more information please contact 1300 721 503
HBA Learning Centres courses commence promptly at the courses commencement time. Trainers will not delay start times if you are running late. If you are running late for a course you are enrolled in contact your trainer directly or contact HBA Learning Centres. You will have to catch up any missed content in your own time.
HBA requires a minimum number on courses and if this number isn’t met the course may be cancelled
Each Virtual Classroom has a host location in which your trainer will be facilitating from and will co-exist with a face-to-face classroom.
Our Blended Virtual Classroom delivery method consists of a 5-day virtual workshop with an experienced HBA Trainer for the BSB41419 Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety. The Virtual Classroom is a variant method of the Blended delivery model.
Through GoToMeeting, the Virtual Classroom delivery method will allow learners to connect to the Trainer and other learners in a virtual setting. A learner will be sent a link from the Trainer which will allow them to login to the Virtual Classroom.

The 5-day Virtual Classroom allows the learner to enjoy and benefit from the group dynamics created by connecting to other learners and a Trainer through a virtual setting.

What to expect:
What do you need to access the Virtual Classroom: You do not need to have advanced IT skills to do this as we will give you step by step instructions which are very simple to understand and follow. You will need to have a modern computer, internet access, a web cam and microphone to participate fully.
Note: Most modern computers and laptops will have an integrated webcam and microphone.
When enroling, in the ‘Course Mode’ section please click the ‘Blended’ button. Then, in the course dates box which appears; please choose your desired Virtual Classroom date.

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) is available for this Qualification.
