"I feel enriched"

Pooja, a past HBA learner, arrived in Australia and was unsure how to start her career. Her passion to educate children led her to complete Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care. She secured a permanent role as an assistant educator in an ECEC service while still studying this course with HBA.

She enjoyed her role as educator and used her knowledge and skills in her role so effectively that the centre supervisor offered her to lead the team soon after completing her Certificate III in ECEC. She returned to HBA to complete Diploma of Early Childhood education and Care with a view to enhance her knowledge and understanding to be able to confidently lead a team of educators.

Pooja is now Diploma qualified lead educator. She stated, “I feel enriched and confident after completing Diploma of ECEC. The best part is recognition and acknowledgement received from management, team and families of children.”

What this qualification can do for you
