06 Mar Quality Audit on the rise

It is amazing to see the growth in our BSB51615 Diploma of Quality Auditing qualification. Our classes on the east coast are becoming so patronised that we are having to turn some folk away. We have enquiries from Government Departments and major enterprises to conduct the qualification as an in-house course and when we look at the Learner characteristics of those that attend we see a common thread, they are all detail minded and quality driven. This is the main qualification an Auditor will hold and whilst the training package rules are a little loose (all Units are elective) we at HBA require you to the following otherwise we will not enrol you. The units are:

BSBAUD501 Initiate a quality audit
BSBAUD402 Participate in a quality audit
BSBAUD503  Lead a quality audit
BSBAUD504 Report on a quality audit
BSBINM501 Manage an information or knowledge management system
BSBMGT516 Facilitate continuous improvement

The other two Units of Competency in our course are:

BSBRSK501 Manage Risk
BSBWOR502 Lead and manage team effectiveness

As you might expect the course is pretty serious and the amount of detail required is extraordinary but at the end of it, you will understand how to interpret a standard and how to audit against it.
