Did you know the TAE Training Package has 9 skill sets within it and these are used extensively by organisations where a person may only be facilitating or assessing or training one on one etc.
The skill sets take a small portion of a full TAE qualification and they focus on specific activities.
The skill sets are:

At HBA we find the major demand is for the two skill sets in bold and we tend to deliver these in groups of 9 or more on site at the client’s location. Industry segments that use these are Health care, Manufacturing, Industrial Services, Volunteer Agencies and Government Agencies.
