The question that I am most often asked about the BSB51615 Diploma of Quality Auditing course is “What will we cover in the 5 Days face to face workshop?”
The simplest response is; We cover the audit process considering the Pre, During and Post audit phases, from a Lead Auditor perspective. We look at selecting audit team members, managing an audit team throughout the audit and their continuous improvement. We consider RISK in many different aspects, including WHS and Corporate risk. We will do a simulated audit against the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System standards. All of this is to prepare the participants to complete the 2 workbooks required to achieve this Qualification. Participants will also have direct access to the trainer and assessor through email and mobile phone, and of course access to the online forum, before during and after the 5 day workshop.
